At Pratham Power Solutions, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best possible service through our OGIYO platform. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any service.
1. Service Cancellation

You can cancel a service request within 2 hours of booking and at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

To cancel, please log in to your OGIYO account and use the “Cancel Booking” option or contact our support team directly.

Cancellations made after the cutoff time may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds will be issued for timely cancellations as per the above policy.

If a service cannot be delivered due to technical issues or non-availability of service personnel, a full refund will be processed.

In case of dissatisfaction with the service, you may contact us within 24 hours of service completion. Refunds or service reattempts will be considered based on the case.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

For cash-on-delivery services, refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer or service wallet.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

Services cancelled after the allowed time window.

Missed appointments due to customer unavailability.

Services marked as completed but no complaint was raised within 24 hours
