Pratham Power Store delivers products within specific serviceable pin codes. Shipping is available only if your delivery address falls within our supported pin code range. You will be notified at checkout if your address is eligible for delivery.

  • Order Processing Time: Within 1 working day.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2–3 working days, depending on the location and pin code.

  • Out-of-Range Orders:
    If your pin code is not serviceable, please call us at 📞 +91 9900003138 to check if delivery can be arranged manually.

All deliveries are handled by our in-house team or trusted delivery partners to ensure safe handling of batteries and equipment.

❌Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the product has been successfully delivered and accepted by the customer.
Due to the nature of battery and power equipment sales, all purchases are final.

If your product arrives damaged or is not functioning as expected, please refer to our return and replacement policy below.

🔁Return & Replacement Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged during delivery

  • The product is not working upon first use (Dead on Arrival)

  • You received an incorrect item

⚠️ Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong selection, or if the product has already been used/installed.

Conditions for Return:

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/invoice must be provided

  • A photo or video of the damaged/defective product must be submitted as evidence

  3. Approved returns will be collected and a replacement will be arranged accordingly

Additional Notes

  • No returns will be accepted after 48 hours from delivery.

  • Delivery is non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected battery/inverter is compatible with their system before purchase.
